Quarz
Origin of the bowls
Quartz singing bowls emerged from the fusion of the expansive vibration of quartz crystal and the legacy of Tibetan metal singing bowls, and began to be used in the 1980s as an instrument for sound therapy.
Quartz, with its natural ability to transmit and amplify energy, enhances the properties of the bowls, creating a sound therapy instrument that expands vibrations in a profound and lasting way, enhancing their therapeutic effect.
Later, Crystal Tones created alchemical bowls by fusing other minerals, metals, or gemstones with quartz. Alchemical bowls generate a new quality and character of sound. They have a higher frequency than classic quartz bowls. Their vibration creates a connection between our physical body and the more subtle energy bodies—of which we are usually unaware—and represent a quantum leap in the practice of sound therapy.

Pure Quartz
of exceptional quality
Our bowls are made exclusively from quartz with a purity of over 99.99%, sourced from a mine in North Carolina (U.S.) that is world-renowned for its unmatched quality. No other bowl achieves this level of purity. This gives our instruments a powerful and clear resonance—a pure, elevated energy that is ideal for healing and therapeutic work.
Handcrafted by

Our Journey with the Bowls
Pioneers in bringing
quartz bowls
to Spain
In 1998, we brought quartz singing bowls to Spain, introducing an instrument capable of transforming energy and bringing balance and healing through pure vibration. This marked the beginning of our journey toward expanding sound therapy in the country.
Shirai's Alternative Music
Our love for singing bowls led us to form “Shirai” in 2000, a music group that fused quartz singing bowls with other vibrational instruments. Through our music, we explore new ways to connect with the power of sound, sharing unique experiences in Spain and abroad.
New Vibrations: The Arrival of the Alchemical Bowls
Continuing our quest for innovation in the world of sound, in 2006 we traveled to the United States to bring the first alchemical singing bowls to Spain. These bowls combine quartz with other minerals, elevating the vibration and purity of the instruments’ harmonics to achieve deeper therapeutic effects.
Training a New Generation of Sound Therapists
For more than 25 years, we have shared our passion for quartz and alchemical singing bowls through workshops in Spain, Italy, and the Netherlands. With more than 2,000 students, our teachings have guided people to discover the art of healing sound, carrying the essence of AnimaQuarz beyond our borders.
Manifesto
We believe in the vibration of the heart as the source, as the essential beat that drives us to create, share, and be.
From our connection to the earth to the whisper of the sky, we cultivate presence, beauty, and art as paths to union with the soul.
We are roots; we are the sky.
Through knowledge and deep experience, we create spaces where the body heals, emotions are released, and intuition guides us.
Our singing bowls vibrate with purpose, to awaken the unique essence within each of us.
We invite you to listen to yourself, to ignite your light, and to share your authenticity with the world.
Because when truth resonates, we all vibrate.
We are Anima Quarz.
