The note C is linked to the root chakra, an energy center associated with security and connection to the Earth.

Since it is a C in the 4th octave—the high-pitched scale in singing bowls—its sound will have an energy-activating quality.

Its deep vibration invites us to be present in our bodies, to feel supported and grounded in the here and now.

Working with the note C facilitates processes of grounding, confidence, and inner strength, and is especially beneficial during times of change, anxiety, or disconnection.

In the context of sound therapy, it is a note that provides stability and support, creating a firm foundation upon which to build the balance of the rest of the energy system.

Quartz is a natural energy amplifier that harmonizes, cleanses, and enhances vibration. It is also known for being a powerful transmutator that helps elevate denser energies to more subtle planes. It symbolizes clarity, focus, and expansion. In its alchemical form, when combined with other minerals, its resonance becomes more precise, refined, and complete.

Perfect for sound therapy sessions, sound baths, or yoga and meditationsessions .It’s also ideal for mindfulness practitioners or as a complement to other therapies that seek to incorporate the benefits of sound and the pure vibrations of singing bowls.

• Before you play, take a deep breath, connect with your heart, and infuse the sound with your best intention.
• Play with respect, presence, and sensitivity toward the instrument.
• Avoid impacts, sudden temperature changes, or contact with hard surfaces.
• Store your bowl on a padded surface or in its protective case.
• To clean it physically, use water and wipe the bowl with a cloth (use natural soap only if necessary)
• For cleansing and energetic activation, use the vibration of sound itself along with your intention. You can also use incense, moonlight, or other ritual elements to help you.

Anima Quarz singing bowls are carefully selected for their sound quality, beauty, and vibrational purity. Each piece is handmade in the U.S. by Crystal Tones® using a process unique in the world that ensures the highest magma temperatures during production, creating a stable crystalline matrix in each bowl. This difference can be heard and felt in the stability of the sound and the crystalline harmonics of our bowls.

We give thanks for the earth’s gifts through creativity, offering instruments that expand the wisdom of the mineral world and aid in the awakening of consciousness.
