MEDITATIVE JOURNEY THROUGH THE CHACRAS

Cycle of meditations to help us harmonize and activate our energy centers.
Each month we will work on a chakra, starting with the root chakra, on a journey of self-discovery of our own most authentic vibration.

An intimate experience for small groups that will allow us to immerse ourselves in an oasis of pure vibration through the beautiful vibrations of the quartz and mineral crystal bowls, the voice and other vibrational instruments. A meditation through sound that brings us calm and well-being, in a unique journey to tune in to our deepest feelings.

The cycle will begin in the month of September and will end in May.
You can attend one or all of the meditations you want, feeling what you really need most. We believe that reconnecting with our essential energies can be deep and transformative work. SHIRAI CONCERTS

Shirai is a group of deep and beautiful music that expresses a new musical concept: it fuses the incredible sound emitted by crystal quartz and mineral bowls, with voice and other vibrational instruments such as the quartz didgeridoo, the hang, the monochord , the flute and the gongs. The result for the listener is a special trip in his interior where he experiences sensations of great well-being, relaxation and connection with his essence.
The improvised voice traveling on the vibration of the quartz instruments evoke instants full of spirituality, composing soundscapes that transport towards the interior. The concerts of Shirai thus become a wonderful experience of recollection and celebration.

CUARTZ CRYSTAL SINGING BOWLS WORKSHOPS

The purpose of the course is to transmit what we have learned during the 20 years of travel we have with these wonderful instruments. Given their enormous resonance power, touching them properly is very important.

In the course we worked on the relationship of the different bowls with the energy centers, how to combine them for specific purposes and how to join them to your own voice.

Through practices and meditations, in which you will have the opportunity to play a wide variety of bowls, you will be able to connect with your own sound and learn how to use them properly both for you and for therapeutic use for other people.

Through the meditation with the bowls we will experience the capacity they have to lead us to silence and stillness, the door to resonate with deeper parts of ourselves, connect with the origin of the vibration, with our essence and help us to maintain present in our day to day.
